Food Stash

I started saving stuff I thought might come in handy one day, a good and practical idea for everyone, I believe, in these uncertain times... However I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or how to do it. But as you can see, my intentions were good. The stash ended up getting donated. I eventually decided that if everything comes to a screeching halt and there's shortages everywhere, then count me in. I'll do without. I'd rather have nothing than live in paranoid fear of running out of stuff. But keep on stockpiling food & stuff, all you folks who know how to do it right. As for me, I'll continue to live on faith. And my sense of humor. And my webcam. Maybe instead of accumulating lots of goods to see us through the hard times, we should ditch the rice and beans and just do this instead. Just be simple and survive on faith instead of fear.

Making Cheeseburgers

After making this video, and watching it, I noticed how slow I was doing everything, and how terribly lame this video is, but it was already uploaded, and who cares, anyway? I like watching other people doing things slowly in videos, maybe some folks might actually like to see how slow-moving people in wheelchairs who can barely reach the counter, because they were short to begin with, make boring hamburgers. You never know. People are weird... If you liked this, you might like seeing a cake I baked a few years ago, when I was still walking, and not so slow.

Night Driving

Here's another one of my audio recordings, this one's about some wild and crazy things that have happened to me while driving. There's more I didn't include on the recording. Seriously. So many things! So many tales to tell. Sometimes back in my working days, I'd share a story or two here & there, and whoever I was talking to would always say, "you have GOT to write this stuff down one day!!" I would laugh and tell them, this was just ONE thing that happened... All this stuff started happening when I was 17, and starting my journey with God.

Making Oatmeal

I don't make oatmeal this complicated anymore. In fact, I barely make ANYTHING anymore in the kitchen, it's all too heavy, especially full milk gallons. Can't lift or pour them anymore. Now I'm glad I made all these food videos. Not sure anyone else is... but I am. Ah, the nostalgia of re-living the days of (semi) normal living! Coordination! Capabilities! Do you like oatmeal for breakfast, or do you prefer... pancakes?
